The *Phoenix Business Journal *recently honored Redirect Health as one of the Best Places to Work in the Valley. Among all micro-sized companies, it took the No. 13 spot. The company was recognized for its benefits and perks, including free healthcare, as well as a workplace culture that bucks the status quo and values innovation and experimentation.

Honorees were officially recognized at an event on Dec. 13 with more than 800 people in attendance. [Click here to read the story and view photos of the event](http://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/news/2016/12/14/see-what-you-missed-at-our-annual-best-places-to.html).

Currently, Redirect Health is in a growth phase, and leaders anticipate significant employee growth – while retaining the same close-knit, collaborative culture – as expansion continues nationwide, and more small- and mid-sized companies learn the value of a self-funded healthcare model.
