Redirect Health CEO Paul Johnson spoke with KTAR’s Bruce St. James and Pamela Hughes about President Trump’s recent healthcare executive order, and how it could play out for the nation’s healthcare system.
Paul discussed positive and negative aspects of the order and addressed common misconceptions from opponents of the plan. He noted that federal departments are still bound by the Affordable Care Act as federal law, so it is unclear how they will choose to work around it to implement the president’s promises.
Paul stated that we can fix our healthcare problem by reducing costs, nationalizing healthcare and allowing the industry to operate more like a free market.
