# Mike Bechtol to Talk Healthcare, Innovation, at Valley Partnership's Healthcare Event

Redirect Health [Director of Care Logistics Mike Bechtol](https://rdhnewdev.staging.wpengine.com/staff/michael-bechtol/) will take the stage at Valley Partnership's monthly "Friday Morning Breakfast," where members of Arizona's premier advocacy group for responsible development will gather to discuss healthcare and its impact on the development industry - and what needs to change. Mike will give them an insider's look at the broken healthcare system, insights on how Redirect Health is disrupting this system, and how businesses can transform healthcare from a costly problem to a competitive advantage.
